Are you someone that typically hits the snooze button on your alarm every morning? I typically prefer to get up after the alarm goes off once. Did you know that hitting your snooze button could actually be bad for you? According to an article on Huffington Post, snoozing your alarm could give your body a “false alarm” feeling, and can make you feel more groggy in the morning and in turn, confuse your mind and body by having them think “Are we getting up soon, or are we just going to sleep?” If you struggle with hitting the snooze button, or setting multiple alarms, try setting an alarm for a time you can stick to getting up at every morning. This can help you get used to getting up at a set time, and in turn make you feel better when you wake up!
