When it comes to dogs, large breeds are looked at as being more aggressive and difficult to take care of when in reality, that is actually wrong. In a study done in 2008, it was revealed that smaller dog breeds such as Chihuahuas, Dachshunds and Jack Russel Terriers are the most aggressive dog breeds compared to those like Rotweilers, Dobermans and Pitbulls. The reasoning behind this, is sometimes people look at small dogs as “toys” and find them to be more cute and cuddly instead of an animal that would be aggressive. Some even say that they can tollerate the aggression in small dogs because of their size, but if a big dog acts aggressive, its a big problem. That’s not always the case, the smaller dogs could potentially do more damage than larger breeds.
