• To Enter: No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years old, and a legal resident of Alberta, Canada.  Entrants under the legal age of majority are eligible to win provided that the winning entrants parent or legal guardian accepts the prize on his/her behalf.
• Prize must be accepted as awarded, and is non-transferable
• Contest is open to all, except those who have won a major prize (over $1,000) from the Jim Pattison Broadcast Group (JPBG)within the past 12 (twelve) months, employees of the sponsor(s), it’s/their subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families.
• Only 1 (one) prize will be awarded per household per address. The decision of the contest judges is final. In the event that an entrant is not eligible, or cannot be contacted after diligent efforts by the JPBG, the JPBG has the right to re-draw another entrant as prize winner, and is released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in the regard.
• All entries become the property of The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group, who assumes no responsibilities for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries.
• By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph and/or voice, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by the sponsors.
• The sponsors accept no liability or responsibility in connection with injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of this contest or the prizes awarded.
• The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group reserves the right to add/delete accompaniments to the Prize Package at its sole discretion and/or subject to availability.
• Winner must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited skill testing mathematical question.
• This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
• The JPBG reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the air, indicating that person as the winner
• The JPBG may withhold any, or all contest materials for any reason management deems crucial, to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.
• Only one entry per person per household. Multiple entries will be discarded.
• By entering this contest, the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these rules.
• The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group holds the right to amend contest rules and/or change contest rules at any time without notice.
