For years its been a very popular time around Halloween as kids are able to dress up in costume and show up to school, whether its scary or funny or their favourite celebrity. A school in Winnipeg is now saying that they are not allowing their students to dress up in costumes this year, and instead will be having dress up days during the week on which Halloween falls. Their reason for not allowing students to dress up? Some of the costumes were either too scary, gory or not age appropriate, or followed the schools guidelines for costumes. What do you think of schools doing this?
