Last weekend at our Christmas party, I won a FitBit Charge 2.
It’s been fun getting to know it and how it works and having some perspective on my activity level over the course of a day.
One of the things I really like about it, is the sleep data it provides. If you keep it on while you sleep, you can get a report in the morning as to how long you slept, and how much of your evening was spent in REM, light sleep, deep sleep and awake.
In the first week of using it, here’s what my shut eye looks like. Although I don’t get as much sleep as I probably should, at least I’m consistent.
