The state of California is being devastated by wildfires right now. The death toll from the “Camp Fire” in the northern part of the state has climbed to 48. Areas in the southern part of the state are being ravaged by the “Woolsey Fire”, including the community of Malibu which some people say looks like a war zone.
Living with wildfires has sadly become the norm for people in California. Imagine driving down Scenic Drive and having to skirt a fire like the “Peak Fire” burning along a highway in Ventura County. Truthfully I can’t imagine what this would be like.
